Student Ministry

We want everyone—which includes students—at Bethany Place to know, grow, and show a life-changing relationship with our Lord.

To know, we meet together on Sunday mornings (9:30am) to study the Bible, to engage in meaningful discussion, and to pray.

To grow, students are involved in leadership roles on the student ministry team, attend mentor sessions, sing and play instruments on the worship team, organize and lead VBS, do local service projects, and go on short-term mission trips.

To show a life-changing relationship with our Lord—we are building relationships with each other by faithfully coming together to worship and encourage one another. We are disciples who by servant leadership, are making other disciples.

Sunday mornings, 9:30 am

There is a middle school class and a high school class for students. These classes gather for Bible study, meaningful discussion, and prayer. We encourage the practical application of the word of God in each student’s daily life as he or she faces challenges, trials, or triumphs, always seeking to live out the gospel and encourage each other with the gospel.

On mission. And having fun while serving!

BP students love to serve. They help monthly at the Chesterfield Food Bank. They run VBS and help at our annual Sports Camp. They've partnered with another church to help with children’s ministry at a nearby apartment complex and have served at cross-cultural ministry events. And students have been team members on mission trips to Maine, Spain, and Uganda.

Summer camp: In summers past, we have attended M-Fuge! MFuge is designed to give students a mission experience that opens their eyes to opportunities they may have to serve in their own communities, learning to live everyday life on mission!
